Milano Minimal Brand – Refund Policy

At Milano Minimal Brand, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when received.

• Unworn, unused, and with original tags.

• Returned in its original packaging.

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total (excluding any shipping protection purchased).

Promotional Orders (BOGO & B2G2)

Orders placed under Buy One, Get One (BOGO) or Buy Two, Get Two (B2G2) promotions are subject to a special refund policy. If you return part of your promotional order, refunds will be calculated based on the total amount paid divided by the number of items purchased. This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of promotional discounts.

Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please note that we cannot issue refunds in such cases.

• If you purchased shipping protection, contact our support team for assistance.

• If you did not add shipping protection, please reach out directly to the courier for delivery resolution.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses incorrectly provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, a restocking fee of USD $10.00 will apply. Alternatively, if shipping protection was added to your order, we can dispatch a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Sale items or gift cards.

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

• Personal care goods (beauty products).

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available. A USD $15 exchange fee per item will be applied. Please reach out to us to initiate an exchange.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
